Support tools
- Software Commissioning Utility: The PC-based commissioning utility is used to configure the MVR on first installation, or maintain the MVR in an interactive manner when the MVR is powered up.
- Web Support Utility: This interface allows for the management of large estates of installed units.
- Mobile app: An Android app for verifying in-vehicle installation can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.

Warranty
All MVR devices are covered for 2 years for defects in material and workmanship that result in a product failure. Please refer to the MVR Warranty Document for more information.
